Q: Is a deposit required.

A: Yes, a £50 deposit per car is required on date of booking.

Q: What payment methods do you accept.
A: Cash, Bank transfer, Paypal, Cheque : All cheques should be made out to hamilton wedding cars.

Q: Will the car be decorated to my colour theme.
A: Yes, if required we can dress the cars according to your colour theme, this will be addressed in the booking form, if there is no preference then cream ribbons will be selected by default.

Q: Will drinks be provided.
A: No, We don't provide any form of drinks, but you are welcome to arrange your own refreshments and drink in the vehicles provided.

Q: Do you offer any other services.
A: Yes, We can provide a taxi service,long distance and airports etc.........  Please call 07955577729 and quote Taxi, also please feel free to check out our links page, for photographers, florists, mobile casinos etc...and mention our name and you may receive a discount.

Q: Will music be provided for my journey.
A: Yes, our cars are all fitted with stereos, please feel free to bring your own music on cd format for our beaufords or tape for our limousine.

Q: When should the remaining balance be paid.
A: All remaining fees should be paid one month prior to date of wedding/prom other.

Q: What if my location has changed.
A: Please call and inform us as soon as you are aware, our chauffeurs pre plan routes to the best of their knowledge, if there is not a lot of distance from original booking, then there will be no extra charge, however if there is a big distance, then an extra charge may occur, Please call.........02392 780 095 .............. 07955577729 or email admin@hamiltonweddingcars.com with Name, Date of booking and Contact number.

Q: What Happens if our car breaks down.
A: Another car will be provided, we will do our best to match the model booked, if this is not possible, then we will arrange alternative transport.

Q: What if i wanted to cancel my wedding.
A: All deposits are non refundable, however if you wanted to change any dates or locations, and the car is available on these dates, we will be happy to do so with out you losing your deposit.

Q: I am worried that i have not heard from hamilton wedding cars and my date of booking is due.
A: Please call if you have any worries regarding your booking, your always a welcome call, However we do try to contact our customers prior to hire, and there should be no reason for concern, you should have received an invoice/receipt at least four weeks prior to date of hire.
